What a jolly-good day it has been! I experienced something I haven't felt in a long, looong, time.
First off, get your mind outta the gutter.
Secondly, no.
Thirdly, yes.

But honestly.

I worked.

At a real job.

For the first time.

In a long, looooong time.

And while starting something like a new job is tiresome and physically demanding, you can't help but feel some sense of achievement by the end of the day.

Oh, and I guess the money thing isn't so bad. YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE A;OIFA;RVA;KJRG;BAROGBFVA'R'roibnakfa !!!!!!!

In light of starting something new, I figured I would share something new and different. Something that i created trying to come up with an awesome vanilla cupcake recipe. I actually failed at delivering a vanilla cupcake, but boy did I get something much better! I'll let you be the judge though.

Brown sugar bear muffins are a sweet delectable treat, with a moist tender crumb and a little bit of a chewy(NOT tough)/sticky muffin-top. They are SUPER easy (the corn on your cob could make it) and will provide a quick fix for any sweet tooth! They were a huge hit for something that was meant to be something else but hey, who has to know that?

What you need:
1.5 C flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt (scant)
3/4 C white sugar
1/4 C light brown sugar, remember to pack it!
1/2 C canola oil (scant)
one vanilla yogurt cup individual serving size (100g) or about 4-5 tbsps. -I just plopped a 100g Activia vanilla yogurt container in. How's that for measuring!
1 large egg
1.5 tsps. vanilla
SPRINKLES --Totally optional. But i love them.
Recipe yields about 8-10 good sized muffins.
vs. simple. Both Good!

What you need to do:

Prep work: Preheat the oven to 325. Line a muffin pan with 12 paper liners.

Step One:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine and whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt

Step Two:
In a separate large mixing bowl, Cream together the oil, white sugar and brown sugar. Mix in the yogurt. Beat in the egg. Then mix in the vanilla

Step Three:
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring gently to combine. Gently fold in the SPRINKLES. Or if you would like, fill as many liners as you'd like without sprinkles, and then add the sprinkles to the final bit of batter. Batter will be quite thick.

Step Four:
Fill paper liners about 2/3 full of batter. Place in preheated oven for about 20-25 mins, or until tooth pick or fork inserted comes out clean, and tops bounce back when lightly patted.

And voila! Here you have it!

For all you LURKERS, Don't forget to TRY and REPLY
or even just say Hi =)
